Anyone qualified here ? Over lockdown I’ve became one big rusty machine, anyone else feeling the same lol,
Looking for either advice or preferably some well needed therapy!

I have a massage most weeks on lower back glutes and thighs , then she stretches my legs and lower back , it’s so good I come out so flexible |

The give away is the Baby oil. Only amateurs and people with basic/limited knowledge would ever consider using it.
