Right lockdown hasn't been easy for many of us. I ended up drinking every other day while on furlough, not good I know. Well went to get a suit tailor made today and the guy said I had a 18 inch neck. Jesus
Please tell me I'm not the only one that has put weight on during lockdown. Ps any tips on how to get rid of it |

Eat a healthy balanced diet, plenty of protein, cut down on fatty and sugary foods. Take up regular exercise. The weight may be slow to shift but you should loose some.
You will feel healthier and fitter for it too.

I have been swimming every day since the pool opened cut out caffeine and alcohol all this month. I have chronic prostatitis caffeine and alcohol irritates the prostate and I have lost 3 kilos. Back to work on Tuesday and Thursday the other days will be in the pool for 50 minutes swim feel loads better for it. |

"No you're not the only one to have put on weight. The best tips are to consume less calories, fill yourself up with vegetables and move more."
Completely this, sound advice.
I'd just add drink no calories, both alcoholic and non. Good luck OP. |

"I did an intolerance test about a month ago, cut out the food that doesn’t agree with me and lost 5lb. "
If I did one I'd have to leave: my job, all social media, many friends and most of my family.
