So after Chinese v Indian on to roast with Sunday almost here.I will be cooking roast beef tomorrow but I am going to have to say Lamb as favourite...

Seriously though, I cook a lot of ma own stuff, and make Shepherd's Pie, and tend to gat a couple of pounds of lamb from ma butcher when I make a Curry or a Moussaka

I like both but once lamb goes cold it loses its magic somewhat fresh mint out the garden to make the sauce can give lamb roast a lift but their both a luxury now due to cost, lamb shanks is my preferred roast now in minted gravy from asda
