Well, I just got into town about an hour ago

Took a look around, see which way the wind blow

Where the little girls in their Hollywood bungalows

Are you a lucky little lady in the City of Light?

Or just another lost angel?

City of Night, City of Night

City of Night, City of Night

We wandered all over Paris looking for Jim’s grave. Never did find it & got a rollicking off our French teacher when we got back to the train

I found it easy. It’s in pere Lachaise cemetery. We just asked a cemetery worker when there who pointed the way. It’s only a small headstone though, not like the large bust in the film.

It was 1991 & we were 15 with no common sense in a foreign country for the 1st time. No internet or mobile phones back then

Yes, we were a bit older and Paris is a place that is easy to get lost in for anyone.
