How often do you flip your mattress? No, that's not a euphemism.

I do mine every time I make the bed.

I've got a memory foam. Topped one so can't flip it but I do turn it evert couple of months or so.

Flip or rotate it every couple of weeks. It definitely makes a difference especially if you're single as you tend to sleep in the same place most nights

Ours can’t be turned over got a thin memory foam layer on one side but we turn it around so feet end becomes head end.
