You need to repressure it.

Add water to the system.

I have the same boiler and the error code is this.

AHH a simple fix, however why's it losing pressure?

Possible leak maybe the magnetic filter?

I’m sorry but it would take a lot of explaining.

Hang on... I could upload a video of me doing it!

Mines fine but I could act like it isn’t.

I’ll be in makeup.

just google your boiler make and the error code

if its repressurizing there will be you tube videos, its usually just turning a valve for a few minutes til it hits the right level then turning it off again

That’s good advice.

I tried to do a video but my kids keep interfering and asking if I’m doing a tick tack or something and all my wife does is laugh at me

Bound to be a tube video that can help.

I’m disappointed in myself for not being able to be more help.

Sounds like a baxi boiler with that fault ignition fault have you got gas ? Try holding the main on and off dial to reset for 5 seconds . Could be blocked condense

It’s really good advice, I very recently followed a tube video to remove a broken bit from the nozzle of my impact driver.

My work pal had been at it for at least 20 minutes before I googled it, found the vid and followed it.

Took less than five minutes with the instructions!

boiler should not be at 2 bar pressure should be between 1 and 1 and a 1/4 when cold

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OPE3MwkjYfo

its reare for the condensate pipe at this time of year unless its been freezing

To reset the boiler, turn the selector switch to the R (Reset) position. Hold for at least 5 seconds and release. The fault code will be replaced with the boiler's current temperature. At this point on a neon indicator boiler model, the flame failure light will stop flashing and will be replaced with the burner light

I hope this helps
