A local group has decided to campaign to stop the 'sexual activity'. I don't know why now as this has been a well known dogging spot for over 4 decades. The council say that the security camera was put up and gate installed while work was being done to the car park. The camera was taken away again when the work was finished. The local group are complaining about the camera being taken down. I've heard they were told that the camera was against human rights. The thing is, if people didn't leave rubbish (evidence) behind, "dogging at Tog Hill" would remain an urban myth, and there would be no problem. |
