Generally speaking, most anklets are just jewellery.
The ones that want to mean something have charms hanging from them that are supposed to indicate what type of fun the lady likes.

When I wear my anklet in Gran Canaria it gets noticed a lot.
I only wear it in the summer months back home when I am going out for a night and it has been noticed a few times. It’s quite discreet and only has the HW initials |
