I always thought guys libidos biologically went downhill after 30? No offence to any guys over 30!  I’m sure I heard it somewhere science based. Always worried after 30 I’ll be seeing a dip in libido. |

The body stops growing at the latest around 30, some early 20s.. doesn’t mean you instantly start deteriorating tho lol, you just stop growing. Otherwise anyone over mid 20s May as well say you’re already starting the process of dying technically haha. |

But every cell in your body regenerates in a 7 year cycle, except your teeth, I think, which means you are never that old! |

My point was you don’t just deteriorate once you stop growing and developing, but cell regeneration doesn’t stop deterioration also, otherwise we would all be running around like 7 year olds with no teeth  |

Certainly using it, deffo don’t want to lose it!
I think if I get back on my fitness I may find an increase in my current libido which has no issue it’s just I don’t have a constant hard on like I did at 18.
Perhaps it’s best if that teenage raging libido doesn’t show up to be fair |
