Both having a successful Games, I'm absolutely loving it. I'm proud to be British and I'm so proud of my Jamaican heritage.
Hoping for a Jamaica 123 in the 200 tonight to follow Nicola Adams winning boxing womens gold this afternoon. |

The Jamaican team have performed well and in good spirit, its just a shame Carl Lewis had to make bitter comments to the press after Bolt surpassed him. |

Really? That's very disappointing. It shows a real lack of quality. Michael Johnson was the opposite when Bolt broke his 200M record at tha last Games. |

He has made comments that the Jamaican athletes are tested infrequently and has hinted that things are not played on a level playing field. I think its sour grapes, Bolt is just gifted and if he trained more he might be even quicker. |
