Take a moment.
Breathe in. Hold for a second. Breathe out.
Listen.
What do your hear?
Breathe in. Hold. Breathe out. Let whatever is bothering you leave your body as you breathe out.
That sound you heard. Is it a bird? Is it traffic? Whatever you hear is the sound of life going on. You are part of life's rich tapestry and your existence is proof you were meant to survive whatever life throws your way.
Breathe in. Hold. Attach any negativity to a mental balloon, breathe out and met your breath fill the balloon.
Open a window if you can.
Breathe in. Hold. Breathe out. Let your breath blow the balloon out of the window, taking your troubles with it.
Breathe in. Hold. Breathe out.
Smell the fresh air. Enjoy the moment.
Whatever is going on in the world, you've got this. Be strong. Be you. Be the best you that you can be.
