to a dear old friend, you have been with me through thick and thin, we've chewed the fat and drank the wine. We've been close for nearly 40 years, it breaks my heart to see you go, I will miss you and think of you daily.
But lately you have been a right pain and given me headaches and sleepless nights.
A couple more hours together and then it's time to say farewell dear friend, I will miss you and feel your pain when the dentist pulls you out of my mouth.

 here's me trying to be sincere and hiding the fact that I'm going to be in agony later and you lot take the piss, but then again I would probably do the same  |

do you mean you haven't been to the dentist for forty years? That was a very moving tribute to a dear friend, but to cast them aside in such a flippant manner i do wonder if the tooth will be better off without you. Good luck.  |
