We’re having Cumberland sausage burgers on brioche buns with thin sliced skin on potatoes

Basically get a pack of sausages, take off the sausage skin, make patties and put it in the oven.

Kids love it cause they get their hands dirty making their burgers.

Chicken coated in a mix of ground pork scratchings, Mexican spices, garlic and dried cheese then fried in ghee and served with sour cream.

I really want Angel Delight now! And squirty cream with maybe a few strawberries.

I'm not sure tonight - fried halloumi and roasted chickpea salad for me probably, the OH will have the same but with some garlic potato wedges.

I may put some frozen berries in my G+T though so I have a nutritionally balanced meal
