Read up on men’s health 50+ We are lucky to live in an era where there are superfoods, tech, meds, exercises all available to keep your mind and body in great shape and give you stamina and endurance . Not all will work, but some will & there’s a lot to try. Agree on the zinc above , especially after a hard gym session and viagra , (unless planning an all nighter mff!) , it’s just a mask for something that needs fixing. Do Qigong, sprint up hills, do a daily plank, drink bullet proof coffee, get 30seconds of sun on your face each day, get your free testosterone counted, banish slippers......  | |||
