Thing's can get a little serious up in here. So what's your top 5 TV comedy programmes that get you laughing and are all around good for the soul.
Mine are:
1. The Office US
2. The King of Queens
3. Friday Night Dinner
4. Everybody Loves Raymond
5. GoogleBox
What are your hidden gems? |

My fave recent one has to be What we do in the Shadows. Also love Mighty Boosh and various things Reeves and Mortimer have done over the years (incl Bob's Athletico Mince podcast). Father Ted and Blackadder are absolute classics. Someone mentioning Curb your Enthusiasm has made me want to start watching that all over again. |

I absolutely adore Derry Girls, as my Dads from the City and I’ve visited several times, so I get the humour.
Phoenix Nights, I’m originally from Bolton and been to clubs that are (scarily) very similar.
Father Ted and IT Crowd
Peep Show
Alan Partridge
For the classics
Porridge, no music just clanging of doors, it actually felt like you were entering Prison.
Monty Python
And the first comedy I truly felt was written for my generation... The Young Ones |

"So many to choose from it’s impossible.
If I could only watch one episode of a comedy for the rest of my days though it would be the final episode of Blackadder Goes Forth.
Goodbyeeee "
You know I've never watched Blackadder.. maybe I need to try |

Blackadder the first series isn’t the best but they added writers and changed after that to be what it is. |
