Marmite peanut butter
Crunchy peanut butter
Scrambled eggs

Lime marmalade
Pate
Sometimes just butter

Peanut butter with banana for brekfast
Other times toast and real butter with pate
Or very ocassionaly scrambled eggs with smoked salmon on thick brown toast

- Marmite
- Marmalade
- Cheese (with red onion or brown sauce)
- Honey
- Boursin (or similar soft garlic cheese)
- Eggs (fried, poached or scrambled)
- Pate (liver or smoked salmon/mackerel)

Baked beans
Cheese
Pate
My father in law was eating cooked apples with brown sauce the other day on his toast! It looked revolting  |

Peanut butter is hands down the best thing ...
But I'm usually happy with most stuff that goes on toast...
Now I'm wanting poached eggs on toast in the morning... mhmmmm cant wait  |

Or peanut butter and jam
And obviously cheese on toast is food from the Gods!
