Grantham

What do you mean "was a musical genius"? She's still alive, and still rocks to this day.

The sound and the look of a young Debbie Harry lit up the back end of the dreary 1970s.

New Ferry, wirral in stockings and sussies

She was pretty average to be fair, if she hadnt used her sexuality to get ahead she'd be stuck in obscurity somewhere.

What are you talking about? Her songs are still some of the most played songs. You can't see her sexuality on Spotify. Also, it's not just her. It's her band too.

Debbie Harry was and is fabulous in my opinion.

Blondie were pretty good but I can't agree that they were musical geniuses

mostly by sad old blokes who idolised her back in the day, nothing groundbreaking in their performance, just a glamour girl and an average band.

I must be a 'sad old bloke' then because compared to other groups of that era....Boney M for instance, who I bought their album instead of Parallel Lines. First mistake I can ever remember making....But Debbie Harry, in the late 70's was mostly every young, or otherwise, man's wet dream. At least for me.

She had a naughty edge, that the ladies of Abba, couldn't hold a candle to.
