Probably because we get so few (if any).
So I'll generally send a "thanks for the FAB" message. But I don't do more than that, unless the message elicits a reply. |

Picture fabbing is like winking for me. You're letting another profile know they appeal to you. However, when the photo receives many thousands of photo fabs, It will only get lost at sea. Better sending a profile targeted hello message. |

I fab pictures if I see one that I like regardless of the gender, I often find my fabs disappear, which I don't really understand as in I can fab a picture and look at it in a couple of days later and it won't say that I fabbed it and I can fab it again. |

I don't usually Fab pics though because they think if you Fab it you want to fuck it.  |

If you fab a pic, you’ll only see you’ve fabbed it before if you click on the picture.
I fab pics I like, but it’s only usually men from the forum, as I don’t want men to think I’m interested, and I don’t want thank you messages. |

hmmm I don’t dwell on the meaning of fabs much! I fab them regardless of the gender/preference because I like the look of it or because of a forum challenge etc.

I fab any picture I like regardless of profile..I see it as acknowledging a pic that’s caught my attention for any reason. If I’m interested or want to know something I’ll drop a message as well. |

I generally fab to show I like the pic, whether we are matched or not.
Can be useful though to show interest when someone has very tight preferences set - it’s non-intrusive , can only be done once and occasionally gets a nice response. |

It seems to me that as well as there being more men on site, women tend to keep pics updated more regularly so that could explain more fabbing.
I know the guys appreciate the fabs so if i see a new one i like i will fab it. |

I think that it’s down to several factors;
There are more men than women.
If a woman fabs a guy’s pictures, the guy is more likely to assume interest and send messages, which often isn’t the case.
Men are more visually stimulated than women and are more likely to fab a cock over the toilet picture, whereas women are more likely to prefer pictures that leave more to the imagination.
A case in point is that my most popular pictures with women are the ones where I’m dressed or just revealing a little |

I started sending thank you messages, but then thought if they eanted to speak to me, they'd fab, wink and/or message me.
I know some women are shy and don't like to message first in case it appears too forward, but us blokes sometimes need more than a subtle hint. Fabbing as a hint doesn't always work! |

It is certainly a regular occurrence. On our profile, 99% of pictures fabbed are Anita's and of fabs on my pictures, 80% will be blokes doing the fabbing.
Even when we post on the "fab a bloke" threads, Anita's pictures get fabbed rather than mine

I've notice this with my fabs. They don't mark that I have fabbed them. |
