For a start, I'd ban the use of lol. It has become so common place that I've heard it said out loud (without laughing!). It's used like punctuation in some messages too.
I'm guilty of overusing it whilst trying to emphasise humour online.
Can you imagine getting a time out every time you tried to send a message containing lol?
Some people never use that word of course and I think you're awesome |

lol
It’s there in our profile though, admitting I do it, so no surprises when I lol all over the place. I haven’t ever said it out loud though. Oh ... maybe ... but only sarcastically |

If we banned words then you could be fooled into thinking someone is far more interesting and intelligent than they are, I say keep all the words, then I can see what people I have zero in common with and thus avoid them. |

So. At the beginning of a sentence when they mean Therefore.
Like. Kinda. Kinda like.
Literally when they mean Figuratively (I know you don’t say Figuratively, but that’s the context).
Shall I stop? |

"juices. Px "
I'm so grateful when they describe baked beans as being in sauce, not juice. Blargh.
And 'like' all the time.
I work with some, like, really posh people and although they are, like, rilly highly educated their grammar is really, like, poor? And it just makes you want to, like, throttle them? |

I like the word Gash, but only when referring to something that is awful.
I hate the modern use of "Awesome".
Prefer "Mega".
One thing that grips my shit though is when people say, when in a cafe, shop, on the phone..."Can I get...".
I wish the person would say "No, thats what I am here for".

Moist makes me cringe.
I use the word "like" in person far too much, but not through text. I think it's the area/accent it's so common up here.
Fanny or willy, makes me feel like I'm talking to a child makes me cringe hard, I'd rather you say cunt/cock or something along those lines. |

Over using the word 'actually' gets on my nerves.

"Hubby and wifey! Make me want to throw up in my mouth. Only used by people with bond china cat plates on their walls. "
I use "hubby" as an affectionate way of referring to my man. No bone China and allergic to cats. |

"'Going forward'
Mostly said during meetings by a pretentious twat."
I was going to say this.
Another work one that drives me crazy is 'amalgamate'. Usually said by the same pretentious twat. |

I agree with so many I can’t quote them all but moist ... gusset ... and someone even said moist gusset and I thought I’d heave
Gash was added as a disliked word ... I think gush is fairly retch-making but lots like that word I know
Hun is cringy to me - it makes me feel irritated when the person saying it is most probably just being nice ... that and babe ewww don’t, just don’t
I’m still going to say lol and like emojis way too much though x

Japs eye which is borderline racist
"Well" when used to start a sentence because you're obviously going to talk to me like I'm 5
And in football, "Game's gone" when a VAR decision doesn't go your way |

"Karen when describing an assertive opinionated woman...strangly men with those attributes get called Alphas...one rule for us etc! "
It didn't start out that way, it was mainly used as a meme for entitled women in customer service situations who have unreasonable demands but I do think it's been diluted to the definition you've given though. |

SO.. which is completely done to death and childish in my view .
'Dropped' as in album, vest, pc game, whatever is released.. Not dropped
' I'm not comfortable with'
most rubbish phrase of all.. A phrase that's designed to get someone's back up as far as I can see.
Reach out... Another rubbish phrase meaning.. Get in touch with..
?? |

"In person - actaully, so basically, like like
In text - moist, squelch
Theres just something about them that doesn't sit right with me"
That awful "moist" word for sure.
I also have an extreme dislike for the work 'physicality'. It gets used multiple times in every rugby interview over here and it drives me nuts! |

I'd tip her if I saw her do that. |

As someone who likes to punctuate text messages properly, I find myself nodding in resigned despair at all of these suggestions.
I think I've turned into my grandmother. |

Panties sorry but this word should be outlawed, knickers is far better, and whenever i read the P word i just think it sounds creepy like something a pedo would use.

"Most women hate the word cunt. I know jenny really hates it. "
It’s really not a nice word.
Although I’ve one or two friends who, at the right moment, like to hear it.
But I think it’s a bit like calling someone a slut, context is everything. |

Cunt is so much better than pussy though - hate that p word
I read a similar thread for what words people hate and someone said cunt in a posh accent is really sexy ... more like cant ... so I’ve been saying it like that to him ever since x |

"'I'm good thank-you'
No you're not, you're very well, or you're doing fine, or you're doing ok (at a push).
Another Americanism OK is an American word.
"
I know. I very nearly didn't put that in, but it HAS been used for the last century! |
