Long bloody time coming I can honestly say two broken ankles both the same one oh hand too once almost died with sepsis and also got hit by a scaffolding lorry on m25 doing 65 ish as I got out Ove my van as broke down. But definitely all worth it. Wishing you all a peace of it. Thinking we can all do with it right

I just take it as life like everyone else. Hey thats only like last year and a half so not like all the time.

Oh and on the plus lost like 3 stone with the sepcis just looking a wee bit thin now so got to try to do little workouts which I’ve never done
