Roast pork.

Salted, Rosemary & tyme roast potatoes roasted in goose fat.

Yorkshires.

Honey roasted carrots & parsnips.

Sprouts.

Broccoli.

Stuffing

Ive boiled the potatoes for 10mins at 7am those are to one side drying for 6 hours before roasting - top tip

Been really missing a Sunday Roast over the last year! It's too mich hassle to make for one living alone. And they're not the sort of meal that is common (or good quality) as a takeaway.

4 eggs, 140g flour, 150ml milk.

Mix eggs and flour until smooth, slowly add milk.

Put oil in tin, get as hot as you can in oven.

Quickly whip out oven, close door, pour in mix fast, quick back in oven. DO NOT OPEN OVEN DOOR until done. (Brown, crisp and stopped expanding)

Buttered mushrooms

Peas carrots broccoli

Followed by

Spotted Dick with custard

Oh yes straight out the boil into the strainer with a bug knob of butter, salt and shake salt shake really roughen them up, then rest in the strainer for 6 hours (ive actually left them over night before, fine chopped rosemary on them shake again and put in a tray of red hot goose fat afew sticks of rosemary & a sprinkling of tyme. Keep turning every 30 mins or so. Perfect roasts

140g, 4 eggs, 200ml.

My dad did it all 4fl oz on the jug.. but measuring flour in fl oz gave me the heebiejeebies

My local pub makes amazing takeaway roasts, that's how they have been able to keep on going as so many people are supporting them with food instead of beer
