Spent all day writing up new gym plan to ease back in progressively, also starting to watch my eating better too! Even put some half days in at work, can’t wait for the gym and routines again, really dreading DOMS tho, even with clever training I couldn’t lift my arms last lockdown lol

Not really bothered. Will be staying clear of the pubs and shops for a little while and as I'm still working from home I haven't bothered making a hair appointment yet. I am booked in the gym on Friday so looking forward to that.
