Need a graphic designer to help me design a logo / stamp so I can add to pics. Something with transparency ideally.

Hopefully you’ll find someone to help, but if not most photo editing apps allow you to play around with fonts / colours / transparency these days and are really easy to use, so you should be able to do one for yourself

Plenty of free watermark apps available for android and iPhone these days, most of them are very easy to use.

I use Photoshop Express. It's not a logo but it watermarks all the same
