It is my birthday next week, (thank you for the cake in advance) and I cannot decide if I still feel 25 or have always felt 56. It is probably the latter. Anybody else feel this way? |

Mentally I still feel like a youthful 21 year old.
Physically my body is starting to tell me otherwise, all new random aches and pains and I’m nowhere near as nimble.
I remember my dear old Nan (bless her soul) telling me on her 80th birthday that her mind was no different to when she was in her 20’s and I absolutely get it as I age. It’s just a shame our bodies age really! |

Happy birthday for next week. I turned 40 last year and I dont feel 40 mentally, still think im in my 20's lol. |

Yup. I'll be 54 this year & delightfully immature of mind.
Embrace it & enjoy - it keeps us young, no matter what the body says x |
