What things have you done differently this week? The start of new habits?

Cheshire

Not going out for a run, I blame the weather and my working hours. I cannot run in the sun and as I work at 6pm can’t even run when it’s cooler in the evening.

However gyms are reopening so will use a treadmill when it’s sunny and outside in the rain

Started a new job....

Working nights and made a deal with myself that I wouldn’t eat a ‘lunch’ during the night so as to try and keep my body clock relatively sane.

So I basically eat a piece of fruit and a handful or nuts, raisins on my hour lunch break.

We don’t get other breaks per say but I do drink shit loads of water too x

Worked well so far

My tortoise has been a lot more active this week so I've spent much more time with him. I can't wait until it's warm enough for him to be outside.

Lovely. We don't have hedgehogs but we do have a badger. He has decided to do things differently this week and has dug holes in our front lawn in the shape of the letter S instead of randomly in our back lawn. We're wondering if over the next few days he'll dig O and another S.

I wanted one for ages, he's a red footed tortoise and quite grumpy but I know he likes me because he loves me stroking his head and comes up to listen when I chat to him. You know crazy cat ladies? I'll be found at the age of 98 talking to my tortoise

We had badgers at my last house. Once we figured out they were after snaffling the dropped bird seed, we put another fence inside the garden, letting the bird feeders dangle between the two fences. The badgers then came through the hole in the outer fence, ate and left through the outer fence. No more dug lawns
