No, not as a blanket policy. I see no reason to. If you find somebody with a hidden profile you can block them individually, or you can just hide your profile. That seems adequate to me.
If the site implemented your suggestion somebody could just unhide only for the duration of looking at your profile, so I can't see it being particularly effective. |

There was a guy at the supermarket petrol station yesterday who wasn’t wearing a mask whilst he filled up his Audi Q7, I could see his face but I had my mask on whilst I filled up my pickup truck.
I didn’t think it was fair so when he looked up and our eyes met I pulled down my mask and flashed him a dazzling smile.
He smiled back but it seemed a little more from surprise and amusement than genuine ‘thanks for showing me your face.’
He paid at the pump.
I paid in the shop, wearing my mask, fully covering my mouth and nose.

Yes and no  sometimes I hide mine to catch my breath but I do think something should be done about blank profiles who give off to you hiding your profile because it interrupts their wank schedule   |
