Thanks for all the entries so far! You never fail to amuse us... green arrow myself for previous threads if you wish to peruse.

Since teamonkey has just started a book club in The Lounge,

NotSoPosh, Tuberose and myself would like to invite you to photograph yourself with a book(s). We do like threads coming together and inspiring another.

Enjoy touching the paper pages, picking curious titles, artistic covers and amusing us with reading positions!

Recycles are welcome, however we would love to see more new additions, as I know we did this theme in the past. Get creative!

The Broons is a Scottish family dating way back and it’s their antics in daily life on newspaper comic strip, this is the annual that was brought out each year.

"Having seen all of the wonderful pictures you’ve all taken I was inspired to do one myself.

This is my book in a photo that is a bit risqué because I’m reading it on the bed in my tight white pants.

It was a bit of a challenge because I had to prop up the camera and set the timer so it went off at just the right time for me to get into position with my book.

The effort is worth it

Thank you, it’s a wee M&S twin set, goes lovely with pearls, makes me look angelic

The Broons is a Scottish family dating way back and it’s their antics in daily life on newspaper comic strip, this is the annual that was brought out each year.
