They were blocked and the verification was still there but hidden by myself. I see now that the verification has disappeared altogether but the person is still on the site (I can see them on my block list). |

 sounds like for some reason they blocked you first - which is now hard to know because you can contact them - try contacting one of admin staff they might help you  |
