Has anyone got any tips about feeling less tired and waking up in the morning.
My alarm goes off and I always snooze it for at least half an hour, and then struggle to wake up.
I don't go to bed late and always have a good nights sleep? |

Spooning in the morning is always a good way to wake up |

This may sound odd, but have you tried not snoozing, but rather getting up when the alarm goes off?
I used to be a 'Snooze Swatter' and always used to feel tired when I woke up. Now I rarely use an alarm and get up when I wake naturally. Some of this I put down to not hitting snooze all the time. If you need another 30 minutes, set you alarm 30 minutes later and then ensure you get up when it goes off!

"If I lie in after the alarm goes off I always feel worse. Get up, shower and I'm ready to face the day"
That's my problem I can barely keep my eyes open, yet alone get myself out of bed! I'm probably too lazy! Ha ha x |

Iron supplements are good- plenty of normal exercise is also good along with a relaxed mind before you go to sleep to help you start the day at other end |

I was suffering from major tiredness, it was affecting my day at work. I couldn't understand why because I sleeping through the night. I went to the doctor and was eventually diagnosed with an under active thyroid. It might be worth you going to the doctor and having a blood test, they test for all sorts with the one test. |

My mum has thyroid problems. However I usually don't feel too bad once I'm at work it's just getting ready. However I am at work today, yawning my head off! X |

Might have to try some of these. I work night shifts and sleep when I get in so I try and keep my sleep pattern from 6.30am until lunch time. Lunch time being the subjective word.
Ideally i've had days where I can be up for 12 and have a nice long afternoon before work at 10 and get plenty done.
But sometimes I feel tired and snooze until 2 sometimes 3 and then feel like i've wasted the afternoon needlessly |
