Probably when I first started going to the gym. I was told but multiple people "You're skinny so you can pretty much eat whatever you want as long you keep going to the gym and lifting weights".
Turns out that meals like cheesy pasta and garlic bread after a workout don't help if you're trying to build muscle  |

I don't think I have been given bad advice.
But the advice I was given and didnt take because of my own stubbornness. That hurts. All the mistakes I made, money and time wasted.
So maybe the worst advice i was given was i trust my own judgement most |

No it bloody wasn't, and if someone had just told me in advance what the urge to push ACTUALLY feels like (for those who haven't given birth it feels like you want to do a poo, which I fought against because I didn't want to be doing poos when I was supposed to be having a baby) then it wouldn't have taken 3 loooooooong days. |
