Because you can't meet straight away or say you aren't into something, I've got the response your loss. I always respond with what you've never had to don't miss so no loss at all. Have others had this? |

Yeah, only get it off men though.
I don't understand it at all. You don't get it in other situations for refusing something you don't want. That's like me saying " no thanks, I don't want leprosy" and they respond with "your loss"

I don’t really agree with the saying. That’s the rejected who speaking normally.
We shouldn’t assume it’s someone loss if they don’t want us, they don’t want us for a reason  |

I had someone use the phrase on me recently and it just made me laugh... I was sat there thinking 'well I'm not even slightly interested so how is it my loss?' |

I've not had this and I agree with the sentiment that if you don't want them, then there is no loss.
It is interesting though that when consoling a friend over a break up, the go-to line is alway usually "it's their loss anyway". Would the same not apply? |

Yip get it all the time
My best response to it is to screen shot my view count for the day and unread messages count and say really don’t think it is
They not so snappy or quick to say it when they see my viewer count is up in the 400-500 range and my unread messages are up in the 100s ha ha

I’ve not had a ‘your loss’ - but I have just been ignored and conversation ceased when I wouldn’t meet up when lockdown was in full swing. Which was a tad annoying as one woman I though I’d got on with quite well  |
