I had always thought I was still young enough to keep up with Internet terms and acronyms however I have seen FAF in a few postings now and I just cant work out what it means.
Could some kind folk enlighten me?
This is why I am rubbish at quiz nights and never get invited.
Question :"who is the president of Portugal"
My Answer :"Fray Bentos"

Thank you all! It just serves as a reminder the Internet ways of rhetoric is slowly passing me by.
For years on a Facebook selling page, I thought TIA was a very popular name, always seemed to be posting.
Until I eventually learned it isn't a name at all. |

I get asked about my username a lot:
My favourite American TV show of all time is called Power.
The main character on it is known as Ghost.
Whenever he answered a call he would say "it's Ghost" |

I tend to not enjoy many British TV drama series ( though I did very much enjoy the BBC series called the fall.
However my fave British show is Time Team (with Tony Robinson) always watch an episode every night. Helps me sleep. I find it relaxing. Like Bob Ross, the old painting show |

I like the fact the entire main cast has never changed in around 13 /14 years. They always look the same too, never change after all this time.

I learnt my status in life the hard way.
I went to Egypt (Luxor) on my own as I love the history. On my last night I treated myself to a very posh restaurant. For a starter I ordered a 'Pharoes platter', basically a finger nibble tapas, and it come with a silver goblet type bowl with water in it and a slice of lemon.
I am very common and have no idea about anything like that or why there is multiple forkes and knives etc.
Anyway, I d*unk the water from the bowl, as I thought it was to cleanse my palette before the main course.

Apparently It was to swish my fingers in after using them to eat the starter!
I must have looked such a fool, drinking out the bowl like some sort of trough.
I still to KFC. At least I know what the lemon scented wipes are for..
They bring my glasses up treat. No smears. |
