Been a member here on and off for about 6yrs, longest continuous stint was 2yrs. I leave, I come back, I leave...yes a lot stays the same, same faces different profile names, but on the whole it's one of the best sites like this.
However, I have noticed since returning this time it's a lot deader than it has been for years. My update feed barely changes day to day. I know it's lockdown but even during the first lockdown this place was more active than this?
Guess more are aware of the risks and only use this site for meets rather than chats. |

I don’t think it’s changed much Bladey. The people drive the content on the forums and people come and go. I do think it’s been a feisty place over lockdown and not as lighthearted but that will pass I’m sure |

I will point out that you were saying much the same thing a couple of years ago though...
Nostalgia is a funny old thing and lockdown has affected everyone in funny ways. On the whole it is much quieter than it was over a year ago but when the site is primarily about meeting and people can’t, many have said ‘what’s the point?’ |

It’s not changed that much - they’ve added a virus section, a few more emojis and there are a few more moody folk, apart from that it’s the same.
