I think its mixed, some people have been less active in lockdown but others have found more time to exercise. As you get older it naturally takes more time to improve fitness but start with small amount of exercise regularly and build from there. |

I’m doughy 24/7 365. Occasionally when I first walk every up in the morning I think ‘WELL HELLO BEAUTIFUL, who is this magnificent force of a sexpot!’ Then I have breakfast and it’s more ‘hey dumplin have a good day at work try not to accept a biscuit EVERYTIME someone offers you one’ |

I was 9st until I was about 27, only time I see that now is before I put the other foot on the scales!
I’ve put on about a stone in lockdown, finer weather & longer walks with the dog once the kids are back in school should soon see it shifted.

Haha yeh definitely lost the battle this time around. Glad I know my body really well and it takes about 6 weeks to get back into some sort of beach body ready condition so not to worry too much xxx mr kinky |
