maybe to "land of hope and glory" but anyone failing to be moved by 80.000 people singing G,S,T,Q in the stadiam the last two nights can not be serious.
compare ours to any of the eastern block anthems and we have a winner.
Anyone into F1 will know the agony when Vetel wins having to hear both the German and Austrian anthems they last longer than the bloody race |

Feels some years ago now that our national anthem was played after every race as apart from ferrari most teams were based here  |

They still are. Red bull and force India are based in the uk, force India in the old Jordan factory and they both have a largely British workforce, it's because of the team owners that a different national anthem is played.
What about lotus though? As the old Renault team I'd expect them to play the French anthem. I'm sure we'll find out soon when Kimi wins one. |
