Hi, I like to bottom and take cock up the ass but lately I have been struggling with my douching routine. I can’t seem to get the water to run clear at all. What do people find best when douching or do you use a different method? |

If you fire out lumps, repeat.
One or two should be enough. If you’re trying to clear your whole system it’s not good for your colon health. |

diet can make a difference
buy an enema kit rather than a bulb douche, get a litre or two in an hour or so before a planned meet and leave it as long as you can bear it before 'going', then try douching normal just before the meet |
