No, I don't think so. I think more people are open about wanting relationships or at least being open to that which makes sense; on here you can find someone who shares at least some of the same ideals as you and if it's important to you to have a swinging one, then you're more likely to find one here.
I do think more are looking to have a decent conversation with another rather than very casual sex. |

I keep hearing we’re not here to marry or date its a sex site. Agreed its what you make of it but at the same time i refuse to allow any old penis owner access to my body just because i’m on fab. All of my meets here have involved drinks and a social interaction, be it in clubs, bars or houses. Not sure whether they could be referred to as dates.
I view Fab as a swinging site rather than a sex site. I think it's more about mindset, rather than how a site is badged up. |

For me, this site is about getting to know someone and finding a connection. An attraction physically and mentally that leads to good fun, laughs, both socially and privately.
I don’t want a relationship, but I also don’t want lots of one offs with randoms.
So I guess in a way it is like dating, but with no prospect of a relationship and lots of guaranteed hassle free sex... if the chemistry is there! |

I use it for both.
As a single swinger this is the best place for me to meet another swinger. I am non-monogomous in relationships and that is hard to find on normal dating apps.
I also use it for club meets and events. All in all, a swinger using a swingers site |

Yes I do think over the years it has become more of a dating site. With a lot of people saying they need to socialise and get to really know the person before having fun. Which in my mind sounds a lot like dating.
I know the last year has been exceptional but I do hope it gets back to swinging. |

I think that for many and as there are lots of singles knocking around, the site has changed. It’s not just for swinging, it’s become more about anything within the Ethical Non Monogamy umbrella.
I know of poly people, open marriages, swingers, D/s dynamics and those looking for NSA casual dynamics, to name just a few.
It’s not about right or wrong, it’s about finding those that fit what you’re looking for. If that’s dating, that’s fine.

I think theres a minority,I've came across a handful of female profiles stating this.
And they acknowledge that they unlikely to find it on this site.
One of the great things about this site is no strings,a place to meet people with similar interests in sex.
