Happy Easter to all Forum users

Easter is meant to be a time of renewal, and many Pagan cultures began their New Year around this time.

So what's your favourite optimistic music or song ? Something that makes you look forward with hope rather than regret the past ?

I'll go with the beautiful Brand New Start by Paul Weller.

Hoppípolla - Sigur Ros.

It's the hopeful crescendo with the harmonies soaring onwards to better things. That's why I see it as being perfect for Spring.

Was listening to the Levellers, ' It's a beautiful day' earlier this morning .. it is, and I'm blessed to be here to appreciate it.

There and to the left a bit

I'll see your Brand New Start and raise you a Headstart For Happiness also from the pen of Mr Weller...never fails to put a spring in my step and a smile on my face and generally lift me when I hear it

Ah yes, one of my Weller faves and I've always preferred the acoustic version.
