I intend on trying to turn the bog at the side of my house into a garden. It's a long term plan. I was never into gardening but fuck me it is wonderful at passing the time.
So tomorrow I'm digging drainage trenches (trench is an exaggeration to be fair) |

Will you keep some of it boggy, for plants and wildlife that love it? It sounds like backbreaking work youve got, so hope there's some respite. |

Will you keep some of it boggy, for plants and wildlife that love it? It sounds like backbreaking work youve got, so hope there's some respite. "
I live in the arsehole of nowhere. My garden will be an oasis in a desert of Bog. Some gardeners have to worry about snails and aphids. I worry about deer, hares and sheep. |

I spotted some of the wrong Ivy, had raced up a wall yesterday, so I'll be getting mine curtailed it's a fast mover.
The right Ivy is welcome |
