So another thread has sparked this query.
Is it OK to use the forums for profile views?
Surely any time we post anything we are doing so for attention?
Does it bother you if people from the forums look at your profile?
If you look at a profile from a forum post, are you bothered if they look back?
Are people cm scared it's gonna wear out their profile of people look at it too much? I really don't get why it's an issue lol |

If blokes post that they’re not getting any attention then people say post in the forums ... makes sense to me as people can also see what kind of person you are too.... |

There are many intelligent, educated, experienced and discerning people on this site; it is interesting to get some feedback on one's opinions, and to comment on the views of others.

Of course it's okay to do so, we are all looking for some form of attention by posting a thread.
Some posts and threads are more obviously looking to attract views to their profile and that's fair enough, that's what makes them happy.
I don't mind people viewing my sexiness off the back of my beautifully crafted posts. I don't blame them. |

My turn for some gosh, shock, horror and agreeing with Meli (well apart from the bit I took out as it doesn't apply to me)
If it wasn't for the forums, and being active on them enough for people to view my profile, I doubt very much that I'd have met anyone, let alone made some of the friendships I have - in fact I suspect I'd have UNLOS'd a long time ago.
So of course it's ok to use them to attract attention to your profile - although I do think there is a fine line between attention seeking and "attention seeking" |

We’re all here to perv & chat..
No issue to me if people post to to attract attention. They may get it, they may not, but I’m not bothered about what their reason is to post.
No different from all the Instagrammers who all post content online specifically for likes.
It’s the modern t’internet world

It’s a white sauce, put equal parts butter and flour, then whisk, that’s called a roux, then slowly add warm milk, all the time whisking, it will slowly thicken into a bechamel sauce, it’s used in many Italian dishes like lasagne. |
