It’s kinda like a shepherds pie without meat. It uses adzuki beans which are red and said to give you the strength of a dragon??
Carrots, loads of leeks, kale, we always add chilli, topped with mashed potato and cheese |

, it’s done in a tomatoey base rather than gravy. Nice with chillies in or whack some sriracha in. |
