Secret hideaway in the pennines

Sticking with my Italian themed dinner, tonight was homemade slow cooked beef ragu with tagliatelle, with a side of garlic bread.

It’s kinda like a shepherds pie without meat. It uses adzuki beans which are red and said to give you the strength of a dragon??

Carrots, loads of leeks, kale, we always add chilli, topped with mashed potato and cheese

, it’s done in a tomatoey base rather than gravy. Nice with chillies in or whack some sriracha in.
