I am not talking about the chocolate bar... but the world of food intolerance!

Being a human shaped quaver since lockdown slowly getting neck and back pain that makes me think I need stood on and straightened out... sexy women you are welcome to try this!

I’ve now started struggling with some foods where I get bad stomach pains and back pains, along with that sicky feeling...

Anyone who suffers with IBS or intolerances how did you go about identifying what sets you off because right now everything feels like Russian Roulette other than caveman diet

Start off with a caveman diet and add other foods one at a time

I have IBS from caffeine so cut that out many years ago now.

I also recently did an on-line intolerance test, the results where surprising, but prob mainstream (dairy mostly). Started removing items from my diet last weekend, feeling the benefit already.

Keep a food diary and symptoms diary to see if there's a pattern.

I have IBS and find that stress is my biggest trigger. Apples set me off badly for a while but they don't seem to anymore.

Look up FODMAPS diet on the Internet.

Youll find lists of offending foods and safe foods. It's explains what each food in the group does and you'll understand it. The FODMAP diet starts off one way removing things and then you gradually reintroduce them.

Itll help you identify things to start with. Totally up to you if you want to do the diet and it's not that easy.

I'd also recommend the Monash App. You have to pay for it but it's handy.

Vitamin D can help to fix your gut.

I would say get some blood tests done to see if you have any deficiency.
