With hot weather the fan is what keeps it barrable for me.
What's your method when dealing with this heat  "
Nice cool shower just before bed then lay on the bed naked with the fan wafting over me.....altbough needs to be a fair bit warmer in the cm evenings to need this. |

I usually wet flannels and throw them over my naked body and complain every half hour. It's not too hot in the bedroom tonight thankfully. I'm dreading Summer though as I know it's going to be so bad. I love the sun but I don't cope well in hot weather. |

I'll trade you a chilly north?? I tend to like it cooler but over the next couple of days its going to have a 'feels like' temperature of 3!!! And we still haven't had our lambing snow yet  |

Cool thin cotton clothes and keep my bra on. When them fuckers are free, the heat that generates underneath from skin on skin is enough to fry an egg on!
Also, keep blinds closed and the back door open |

Agree on the bra thing. I sleep naked all year round, I can't stand wearing anything (exception being I have to put knickers on at certain times of the month and hate it ) |

Oh god I don't sleep with one on!!
If I did it would be a non wired sports kind.
I mean during the day when I am hot.
At night it is naked with a throw or sheet instead of a quilt.
