I don't feel very hungry, but I'm going to need a lot of energy for the rest of my day.

I hate making decisions.

"Give us am idea of what's in your fridge OP. "

That's the problem.

I don't have much fresh stuff.

I have the usual salad stuff: Lettuce; cucumber; tomatoes; peppers; spring onion and sweet corn.

I have tins of soup that I don't fancy.

I have naked noodles.

I can't be bothered to cook rice or pasta.

I'm all out of fresh chicken.

There's 2 Greggs sausage and bean bakes in my freezer, but I had pastry for breakfast.

Might just ip dip in the tin cupboard.

I fancied cheese on toast but only have grated cheddar and mozzarella, and I don't like mozzarella on toast.

I do have both, but not a lover of beans.

I've just checked my fridge, freezer and tin cupboard, and there's a distinct lack of protein.

I need to go shopping.

I don't have fish fingers, but I do have cod in batter.

Is it too thick to put in a sandwich?

That's what I would have had if I had some chicken breasts.

I have thighs fillets but they are frozen.

I'm really slacking on the protein shopping this week.

Oh, I think I have a tin of sardines in tomato sauce.

I used to have them on toast every Sunday evening as a child.

If the beef is lean and thinly sliced I'll eat it in a sandwich.

I prefer if with roast potatoes and Yorkshire puddings though

Sorry only just saw your response. Here is the web answer to the question

Teriyaki sauce has four main components: soy sauce, sake, sugar and ginger.
