I can go weeks and weeks and not feel the urge. I used to love a self-indulgent lady wank, the kind where you take your time and edge for ages before letting go. It depends on whether M is here or not. Usually once a day, sometimes more. I often don't sleep very well when I'm alone & I find it can be a good way to switch my brain off & release calming endorphins.

Loads, always have done, but then I have a ridiculous sex drive. In my teens until my early thirties it was at least several times a day. Now it's mostly jus once a day, but mainly because the real thing is just so much more fulfilling that wanking has lost much of its allure. Wanking other people though... |
