After years of dedication and sacrifice, to achieve what she has over the last 48 hours, to have brought honour and glory to Britain and sport... A beautiful person and, ambassador and inspiration to future generations... She deserves the highest accolades this nation can offer...;-);-)

She earned her Damehood last night. She'll prob def get Sports Personality of the Year too but with all those Gold medal winners it should go to all of them collectively.
The youngest person ever made a Dame (the female equivalent of 'Sir') was Ellen Macarthur, British Yatchswoman, aged 28, so it might be a couple of years before Ellis gets her Damehood. |

Yes I do thnk she will win sports personality of the year and team GB will win team I don't think her age should be a prob for a dameship good luck to her |
