Hello everyone just a bit of advice on getting back in shape or the best things to do to help loose the belly have been getting lazier and so want to start loosing it again
Sadly I am not in the best shape any more I smoke and don't eat the best but do walk a lot getting up too 15000 steps a day also have not d*unk in 3 months so long story short is doing sit ups and push ups and pull up in the morning after work going to cut it?

I do 15,000 every day at work it a target of 10,000 but always beat that easily I think your body gets used to it so you have to do more to compensate.
Try cycling for some reason I lose weight and waist bulge really quickly if I cycle regularly I'm talking 20 miles a day which is my commute to work |
