Original thread reached capacity so created a new one to keep us all going, hope the original OP is happy with this and we continue to let each other know how we are doing. |

I’ve not done very well, as I’ve not met the target on 8 days this month already. I have walked 159 miles this month though, so I’ve made up for it on other days. |

I think I did 10,000 pushes today, with doing the vax centre then wheelchair basketball in the park after. Didn't wear a counter because they're notoriously inaccurate for wheelchairing. Strava is good for distance so maybe I'll measure that next time? |

So how did everyone finish up??
For me, im glad to say i managed it!
Over the course of 31 days i averaged a daily step count of 13,510 steps.
Over the 31 days i had racked up 168 miles of walking.
Overall, the numbers are pretty irrelevant; for me the best benefit i saw for getting out of the house twice a day for a stroll was on my mental health.
Hope you all had a fun time doing this. |

Yesterday my step count was over 20,000 ( I had 2 seperate walks that day as well as being on my feet in work)
Today I have racked up 15,504 so far! Which is great as I am endeavouring to hit the 15,000 mark as regularly as possible. |
