I like to exchange face pics really early on as it’s a big part of the attraction some seem to wait until just before a meet but what if then it’s not for you ?

Early as possible for me. I'm not averse to chucking a face pic in with a first message.

No matter how compatible you are with someone's profile text, physical attraction is still a big part of the game and there's no point wasting loads of time messaging to then find out there isn't any.

I only enclose a face pic when I’m politely trying to dissuade someone from wanting to meet. It usually works quite well

Definitely early on, no point in really getting into the conversation to find their not for you or vice versa as it's just a waste of time.

Definitely within a couple of mails, the physical attraction for me is all in the face ...

I'll send it if I'm getting on with someone just so they can put a face to the name.

If I'm not sure about them I'll hold off on sending it.

So I guess I send it when I feel ready... Who knows if that's early or late.

As early as possible as if there’s no attraction there is little point in continuing.

I also don’t entertain dithering around ‘but I need to ask you a million questions about being discreet and what you like.’

I share mine, I expect the same in reply. If they don’t want to send, I respect their decision, but not for me x
