I mean, a good chip butty is heavenly... but that seems like a heart attack on a plate!

The only things I like battered are fish, sausage, chips and fruit (fritters)

Leave everything else alone.

Even then I sometimes pick some batter off if there is too much

When we moved down south, I’ve always wondered why they ruin a good pie and mash with the green liquor, the look I got when I said no thank you, gravy ? .
